Midi is covered under PPO plans offered by major insurers like Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare. If we're not in network with your plan, you can opt to pay for services out of pocket ($250 per initial consultation, $150 per follow-up visit). No hidden fees or mandatory subscriptions.
