Step by step: “I have worked in women’s health for the past 12 years, the past four practicing as a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. I’m deeply passionate about women’s health care, everything from menstrual problems to menopausal symptoms. It’s incredibly rewarding to help women through their health challenges and witness how drastically their quality of life improves through simple changes.”

Listening, understanding, healing: “I’ve seen providers who push one-size-fits-all treatments, like birth control as the sole solution for menstrual problems. I believe in tailoring treatments to individual needs, as what works for one person may not work for another. By actively listening to my patients, understanding their goals and concerns, we can collaborate as a team to address their needs and goals effectively.”

Comfort + solutions: “Midlife women often feel vulnerable due to significant life changes, including hormonal shifts. Many express feeling overwhelmed or crazy, but it’s essential to reassure them that these feelings are normal. We can address their symptoms and provide support, letting them know it’s okay to seek help and that they don’t have to endure it alone.”
