Midi is available in all 50 states, with insurance coverage for virtual visits and prescriptions.
Estrogen keeps the skin of the vagina, vulva, and bladder lubricated and strong. So when it naturally declines at midlife the skin in all these areas can become thinner and more vulnerable.
This hormonal shift can lead to vaginal dryness, irritation, painful sex, urinary urgency, frequency, and UTIs.
Desire is influenced by so many things: your emotions, sleep, connection to your partner, stress levels, medical history, and more. Painful sex can make it impossible to get in the mood, and if intimacy doesn’t feel good, why would you want it?
When midlife affects your mojo, Midi clinicians look at the big picture and treat the root causes with hormonal and non-hormonal medications, plus a wide variety of therapies.
Midi’s expert care can improve discomfort and low libido, sometimes within days. Our clinicians listen to your symptoms, talk through your experience and health history, and—here’s the climax—guide you toward effective solutions.
Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll meet you there with the solutions you need.

Midi is in-network with most PPO plans. Coverage varies by plan; deductibles, coinsurance, and copays may still apply. If your plan is an HMO, Midi is not in-network and your visit will be self-pay. Midi Health and the Medical Groups are not enrolled with and are not participating providers with state healthcare programs (i.e., Medi-Cal, Medicaid). We cannot treat Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients at this time, even as self-pay patients.
Midi is not covered by Medicare or any Medicare-related insurance plan. Midi can accept Medicare beneficiaries as self-pay patients, but beneficiaries cannot submit any claims related to their Midi visits, medications, or associated services.
