Midi is available in all 50 states, with insurance coverage for virtual visits and prescriptions.
Curveball: Estrogen levels actually begin to drop long before menopause—but it’s not a smooth ride. These levels spike and plummet as they make the overall descent toward your last period.
These fluctuations are part of perimenopause, and they can trigger dozens of symptoms, including irregular periods, breast soreness, hot flashes, moodiness, insomnia, and weight gain. But here’s the good news: Midi has solutions for all.
Our clinicians are experts in the full range of holistic solutions. Together, you’ll create a unique Care Plan that works for your body and needs, whether you’re dealing with symptoms now, or just want to go into perimenopause feeling healthy and prepared.
Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll meet you there with the solutions you need.

Midi is in-network with most PPO plans. Coverage varies by plan; deductibles, coinsurance, and copays may still apply. If your plan is an HMO, Midi is not in-network and your visit will be self-pay. Midi Health and the Medical Groups are not enrolled with and are not participating providers with state healthcare programs (i.e., Medi-Cal, Medicaid). We cannot treat Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients at this time, even as self-pay patients.
Midi is not covered by Medicare or any Medicare-related insurance plan. Midi can accept Medicare beneficiaries as self-pay patients, but beneficiaries cannot submit any claims related to their Midi visits, medications, or associated services.
