Hormonal weight gain can be one of the most frustrating parts of the midlife journey, but with the right support—from medication to lifestyle tweaks—you can feel like yourself again.
Midi is available in all 50 states, with insurance coverage for virtual visits and prescriptions.
Hormones have everything to do with midlife weight gain. When levels begin to drop during perimenopause, our bodies can start to change—even if our diet and exercise routines haven’t.
If you’re suddenly ravenous, struggling to maintain muscle, or noticing a little extra weight (especially around the middle), you’re not alone: 87% of Midi patients complain of weight gain and body changes. We’re here to help you get back to you.
Midi clinicians bring together a holistic combination of solutions—from medications to lifestyle changes—in a Care Plan that works for your body and your needs.
Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll meet you there with the solutions you need.

Midi is in-network with most PPO plans. Coverage varies by plan; deductibles, coinsurance, and copays may still apply. If your plan is an HMO, Midi is not in-network and your visit will be self-pay. Midi Health and the Medical Groups are not enrolled with and are not participating providers with state healthcare programs (i.e., Medi-Cal, Medicaid). We cannot treat Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients at this time, even as self-pay patients.
Midi is not covered by Medicare or any Medicare-related insurance plan. Midi can accept Medicare beneficiaries as self-pay patients, but beneficiaries cannot submit any claims related to their Midi visits, medications, or associated services.
