Specializing in midlife: “Over the course of my career, my focus has shifted from obstetrics, STD screening, and contraception to midlife care, evolving alongside my patients. In 2007, I became a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, focusing on hormone therapy at an OB/GYN clinic for 14 years. In 2019, I gained certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to incorporate mental health into my practice.”

It starts with optimism: “One of my professional passions lies in caring for people, not merely as I would wish to be treated, but as I would treat my loved ones. This ethos has always guided my clinical practice. What truly excites me about my work is instilling hope in women that their symptoms can be managed, and providing solutions that show them they’re not confined by the challenges they face.”

Centering yourself: “Many women in menopausal or perimenopausal stages have long prioritized caring for others—elderly parents, spouses, or children. When they prioritize self-care, they often feel guilty about it. I support women in embracing self-care, alleviating midlife symptoms, and enhancing overall wellness by reducing stress levels.”
