Compounded Formulations:
Sildenafil 1% Theophylline 3% Arginine 6% Cream
FDA Approval:
- Erectile dysfunction (Sildenafil)
- Asthma or COPD (Theophylline)
- The FDA does not currently require approval for vitamins and/or supplements (Arginine).
Mechanism of Action:
- Sildenafil (Phosphodiesterase-5 Enzyme Inhibitors) – Involves the release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), producing smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the area.
- Theophylline – increases the concentration of cAMP in the cell through inhibition of phosphodiesterase 3 and 4, which helps increase blood flow
- Arginine is a naturally occurring amino acid that increases blood flow

Warning / Contraindications:
- Do not use medication with nitrates
Suggested Dosing:
- Theophylline 16mg DHEA 5mg Ergoloid 0.5mg L-Arginine 60 mg Pentoxifylline 50mg Sildenafil Citrate 20 mg Cream
- Massage a pea size amount to clitoris area 30 minutes prior to intercourse.
Administration:
- Topical
- Applied directly to clitoris at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual relations
- Do not use on irritated areas or open wounds
- Avoid using medication if you currently have yeast or bacterial infection
- Wash hands before and after apply formula
Storage/Stability:
- Room Temperature
- Protect from moisture and excessive heat
- Beyond Use Date: 6 months (180 days)
Pregnancy:
- Not recommended during pregnancy
Breastfeeding:
- Not recommended while breastfeeding

- Nitrates
- Blood pressure medication, or any other medication that may have an effect on your blood pressure
- Other PDE5 Inhibitors
- Riociguat
- Antidepressant medication
- Linezolid
- Methylene Blue
- Urokinase
