As Chief Growth Officer, Health System Partnerships at Midi Health, Andrea leads the formation of strategic partnerships that expand Midi's footprint, ensuring more women have access to specialized, comprehensive menopause care. Through our partnerships we support a seamless transition as patients move between Midi's innovative virtual clinic and established, world-class health systems for in-person care. With more than 20 years in healthcare strategy and business development, Andrea creates collaborative relationships that drive value to health system partners, patients and Midi. Prior to joining Midi, Andrea held key roles in venture-backed companies, traditional healthcare organizations, and provided strategy consulting to academic medical centers nationwide. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to improving healthcare access and equity, stemming from her public health background. She holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and an MA from Johns Hopkins University, combining business acumen with a deep understanding of public health issues.
