Danika Medina, Chief of Clinical Operations

An accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience, Danika currently serves as the Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Midi  where she leverages her expertise in care delivery and clinical operations to revolutionize patient care for women. Passionate about aligning teams with a shared vision, she thrives on achieving the seemingly impossible in healthcare transformation.

Danika holds an MBA from Babson College and a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Houston. Her early education includes a Nursing Diploma (Valedictorian) from École Infirmières de Bathurst, Canada. She is a Nurse Executive Advanced – Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
