Grounded in women’s health: “I began my medical journey with a nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts. After years working in labor and delivery, I earned my Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown University. Since then, for more than 16 years, I have worked in women’s health caring for women of all ages and backgrounds.”

Understanding midlife challenges: “As a midlife woman myself, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. In traditional medical settings, practitioners often do not have the time or expertise to comprehensively address our concerns. Since turning 40, I've made significant changes to my practice to offer more comprehensive care for women in midlife and support them through this transitional period.”

A complete wellness focus: “I don't just focus on the physical issue you come in with; I also consider lifestyle and mental health factors that might affect your overall well being. During your visit, I take the time to discuss all these aspects with you so that we can address your concerns comprehensively and create a tailored plan that suits your specific needs. My ultimate goal is to help women thrive during these years.”
