Team Bio

Kathryn Carver, DNP, MSN, WHNP-BC, CRNP, Midi Clinician

Grounded in women’s health: “I’ve been a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for over six years and a registered nurse for more than 11 years. I hold a doctorate in nursing practice, specializing in osteoporosis research. My focus is on menopausal care for women, with certifications as a sexual assault nurse practitioner and sexual assault nurse examiner.”

Global reach: “My husband and I established a small orphanage in Malawi, Africa, and provided extensive care for women in nearby villages. Women in both Malawi and the United States often sacrifice their own well-being and self-care for their loved ones. My experiences caring for women globally have reinforced my passion for women’s health, and emphasized the need for women to prioritize their health and advocate for themselves.”

The importance of safe spaces: “Central to my practice is fostering a nonjudgmental atmosphere, crucial for women who may feel hesitant to discuss certain topics, particularly during menopause. Patients can expect me to listen attentively, address their needs, and establish a trusting relationship to guide them through their health journey.”
