In it with you: “I’ve been a nurse for 12 years, specializing in women's health as a Family Nurse Practitioner for seven. I’ve always been a staunch advocate for women's rights and it was a natural transition for me to focus on women’s health care. My interest in menopausal care was sparked when I began to experience symptoms and realized the gaps in my education regarding perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.”

Always learning: “As a former school teacher who transitioned to nursing later in life, education holds significant importance to me. I’m deeply passionate about both imparting information to patients and continuously learning myself. I believe it’s crucial for all women to receive the education necessary to navigate life transitions confidently. My aim is to empower women to advocate for their healthcare, reject resignation to aging, embrace tools for thriving, and growth during this stage of life.”

What care looks like: “In a visit with me, patients can expect to be heard, feel mutual trust, and engage in transparent communication. My goal is to provide evidence-based care recommendations and engage in shared decision-making during each visit.”
