Sharon Meers, Chief Operating Officer
Sharon is COO and cofounder of Midi Health, a virtual care company supporting women as they go through perimenopause and menopause. She is a former Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where she worked for 17 years—first in New York and later in Silicon Valley before transitioning to tech, most recently as an executive at eBay.
Sharon is an Independent Director for Capital Group mutual funds. She also serves on the advisory board of LeanIn.org, previously served on the boards of the National Women’s Law Center and Stanford’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research. In 2017, Sharon co-founded The People, a non-profit supporting democracy at the statehouse level, helping candidates and causes to engage voters via social media.
Sharon is the co-author of Getting to 50/50, a book about women in leadership and has written on this topic for The New York Times, Fortune and BusinessWeek and appeared on NPR and the TODAY Show. She received an BA in History from Harvard College and holds an MA in Economics
